Access & mobility

To ensure Centrale’s shops and services are available to all its customers, you will find the following services on offer:

Lift access and escalators take customers to all levels within the centre, as well as within Debenhams, Next, House of Fraser, H&M, TK Maxx and Zara.

There is wheelchair accessible parking on all levels, wide mall flooring and easily accessible toilets located on the Upper Mall, North End Mall and Lower Mall*.

Guide Dogs are welcome and a hearing loop system has been installed in the new centre.

Helpful Centrale Officers are on hand to help customers with any advice or assistance they might need.

*The Whitgift Centre, adjacent to Centrale, hosts Croydon’s Shop Mobility system offering wheelchair hire. The telephone number for this service is 0208 688 7336.
